OUTSTANDING FEATURES
- This grinder is designed for sharpening and re-sharpening cutters used in the woodworking industry.
- Profile grinding shapes cutters to match specific timber moulding profiles.
- Blank cutters are mounted in the cutter head, which is fixed onto the grinder.
- A 1:1 template ensures all knives are ground consistently.
- The finished cutter block, with multiple knives, is ready to use without further adjustment.
- A bi-linear carriage holds the cutter head, template, and dressing unit.
- The cutter rest sits in front of the grinding wheel, with the stylus to the right of the head.
- The grinding wheel is dressed to match the template via the stylus.
- Grinding is manually controlled, with the operator guiding both the cutter and template.
- A wet coolant system prevents overheating and clears debris.
- The machine is not suitable for grinding aluminium, magnesium, or use in explosive environments.
- The machine conforms to CE safety regulations
