OUTSTANDING FEATURES
- Short lateral infeed belt feeding to a longitudinal belt, designed to separate and singulate each piece
- Automatic feeding into the Side Short Stock Chain Feeder after the operator loads the belt
- Easier loading compared with traditional hopper-style systems
- Standard version supplied with insertion mechanism mounted on a 1.4m (55″) short moulder infeed table
- Width adjustment from 25mm to 225mm via a smooth, handwheel-controlled mechanism
- Chain feeder applies consistent lateral pressure for stable, accurate alignment
- Pneumatic pressure system with regulator and gauge for easy fine-tuning
FEATURES
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Variable feed speed from 7 to 45 MPM, adjusted manually
- Powered by a ½ HP feed drive motor and 1 HP chain drive motor
- Electrical options: 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz (230 V line-to-neutral), with integrated controls for simple moulder connection; suitable for standard UK industrial power supply. Motors and controls are rated for 50 Hz operation.
